TruMark Collective LLC Shipping Policy

At TruMark Collective LLC, every order is custom printed and made to order. Each garment is produced individually to ensure quality, accuracy, and durability before it leaves our facility.


Order Processing & Production Times

Production begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Because we specialize in custom DTF printing, each order is manufactured specifically for you.

Standard Orders

Production time: 3–7 business days

Bulk Orders

Production time: 7–14 business days, depending on quantity and design complexity.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may extend slightly. If your order experiences a delay beyond our normal timeframe, we will notify you.


Shipping Timelines

Once production is complete, your order will ship from our fulfillment location.

Estimated Transit Times

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping time begins after production is completed.

Please note: Transit times are carrier estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs, or courier delays beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your package appears delayed or stalled in transit, contact us at:

We will assist in contacting the carrier and investigating the issue.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

TruMark Collective LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.


International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs delays are beyond our control, but we will assist with documentation if necessary.
