TruMark Collective LLC Returns Policy

At TruMark Collective LLC, every order is custom printed and made to order. Because of this, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. We stand behind the quality of our work and will always address legitimate production issues.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If there is an issue with your order, please email trumarkcollective@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

A brief description of the concern
All requests are reviewed within 3–4 business days, and we will respond with next steps via email.
Return Approval & Process
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

The correct return address

Detailed return instructions
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must be:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Unaltered
-
Free of stains, odors, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by a production error on our end.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:

Funds will be returned to the original payment method

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by TruMark Collective LLC.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we specialize in custom DTF printing and personalized apparel, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized items created using your artwork or design

Bulk custom orders

Sample prints or prototype orders

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Orders printed exactly as approved in final mockups

Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
We cannot resell personalized apparel.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
If production has begun but the order has not shipped, we may refund the shipping portion at our discretion.
To request a cancellation, email trumarkcollective@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
Production & Shipping Timelines
Standard Orders
Production: 3–7 business days
Bulk Orders
Production: 7–14 business days depending on quantity and complexity
Production timelines may extend slightly during peak seasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
After this window, we may not be able to assist.
Our Commitment
Every piece we produce at TruMark Collective LLC is printed, pressed, inspected, and packaged with care. Because each item is custom made, we encourage customers to carefully review sizes, artwork, and placement before approving their order.
If something is genuinely wrong due to our production process, we will make it right.
